Job Summary
Assist project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects and help coordinate and manage project from inception to completion. Track project status updates, organize and maintain all project documents, and enter information into digital project databases. Contribute ideas for cost reduction, ensure adherence to specifications, and help create/manage project budgets and timelines. Schedule meetings/site visits, coordinate with technicians, engineers, and contractors, and maintain positive vendor and client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Suite; organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Perks include weekly pay, health benefits, 401K, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management Engineering/Architecture or Equivalent experience
- Recent College graduates encouraged
- Must be willing to go through Field project training
