Job Summary
Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies while tracking scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress. Clarify and document business and technical requirements, then coordinate the development process to remove delivery blockers. Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and maintain project documentation and reporting. Support resource planning, assignments, and team development by applying current development and AI practices to improve project delivery. Maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment while collaborating with multinational teams and engineering stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development
- Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain
- Understanding of modern software development and AI practices
- Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control
- Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
- Human-oriented approach to team and people management
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes
- Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

- Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
