Job Summary
Junior Project Manager to support senior PMs across planning, execution, and delivery in an AI-enabled, innovation-driven environment. You will help develop project documentation, define scope and deliverables, schedule and facilitate meetings, monitor timelines, maintain knowledge bases, perform research and data analysis, and leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) for research, prompting, and workflow optimization. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose process improvements is required. 1+ years of project-management/IT experience and hands-on AI tool usage are expected; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Notion, and strong English communication are desired. This is a remote-friendly contract role based in Boca Raton, FL, with live meetings or Zoom as part of the interview/interaction process.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management or a similar IT role
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for research, documentation, data analysis, and workflow tasks
- Strong AI prompting skills — crafting effective prompts, iterating on outputs, rapid prototyping
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Notion, or similar
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+) — structuring documents, reporting, presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools for research, documentation, data analysis, and workflow tasks
