Job Summary
Junior Project Manager to support senior PMs across planning, execution, and delivery. You’ll utilize AI tools for research, prompting, and workflow optimization; lead smaller-scale projects; define scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives; schedule and facilitate meetings; maintain project documentation and trackers; conduct data analysis and knowledge-base updates. Must have 1+ years of PM or IT experience, hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar), strong AI prompting skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Notion. Excellent written and verbal English required; familiarity with working with development teams and in B2B commerce or marketing is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management or a similar IT role
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for research, documentation, data analysis, and workflow tasks
- Strong AI prompting skills — crafting effective prompts, iterating on outputs, rapid prototyping
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Notion, or similar
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+) — structuring documents, reporting, presentations
