Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution by developing project plans from the ground up, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, and Compliance. Drive accountability and ensure successful project delivery while anticipating challenges and connecting the dots across teams to achieve shared organizational goals. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment by balancing day-to-day execution with a strategic, big-picture mindset. This permanent-term contractor role requires residence in Istanbul (proximity to central Istanbul is a plus) and 16:00-00:00 workdays, with all interviews conducted in English.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently
- A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Perfect English skills; both written and oral
- Residence in Istanbul (proximity to central Istanbul is a plus for potential on-site meetings)

Desired Qualifications
