Job Summary
Manage international market research projects through the entire lifecycle, overseeing specifications review, resource planning, fieldwork, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction and financial goals. Coordinate project kickoff meetings, handle programming and testing, and execute launches with detailed feedback to clients. Monitor project recruitment, control budgets, and deliver agreed-upon results within expected timelines while maintaining ISO accreditation compliance. Partner with senior team members on complex projects, manage vendor relationships, and support client service improvement plans across allocated accounts. Work remotely in GMT/BST hours, leveraging multichannel recruitment methodologies including email, calling, and social media.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years' experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
- Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well meet deadlines and under pressure
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
- Have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time
- GMT/BST 9.30am-6pm
