Job Summary
Initiate, plan, execute, and manage risks, scope, schedule, and budget for environmental construction projects. Lead subcontractors and serve as the primary contact between them and the client, monitoring performance and resolving contract disputes regarding cost, scope, and schedule. Drive project initiation, planning, execution, and closure within a matrix organization. Requires 3 to 10+ years of project management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Desired Qualifications
- Preferred a minimum of 3 to 10 + years of project manager experience
- Experience working under a state contract and completing solicitations for subcontractors
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- 10-hour Construction Safety certification
