Job Summary
Junior Project Manager for the Kearny, NJ branch. Lead coordination with sales & estimating to supply/install commercial washroom and locker room projects, process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, and arrange shipping. Manage third-party subcontract installers, review/prices change orders, pursue profitable change orders, resolve site issues (delays, conditions, installation), collaborate with manufacturers/suppliers on orders and material deliveries, coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and other PMs to ensure on-time delivery and complete project delivery, and support warehouse management and monthly inventory. Requires an undergraduate education and a valid state driver’s license; in-office, full-time role with opportunities to learn and grow in the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education
- A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
