Job Summary
Draft proposals detailing project needs and eliminate issues for general contractors. Visit job site locations to ensure development plans align with on-site realities. Utilize AutoCAD to review drawings, conduct takeoffs, and create estimates for industrial and commercial projects. Collaborate with Sales to analyze data, develop in-house budgets, and negotiate vendor pricing. Work with Engineers to approve equipment and attend meetings to ensure numbers and drawings make sense. Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and communicate findings transparently. Manage multiple projects, monitor status against deadlines, and ensure smooth file handoffs. This role supports an established MEP contracting company in WNY, offering training for long-term career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience, knowledge, or education in AutoCAD preferred to read blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with clients
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- 100% in-office/on-site
- Mon-Fri 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Desired Qualifications
