Junior Project Manager - Data & AI

Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements through functional specifications and user stories for IS projects with a Data & AI focus. Ensure operational tracking of schedules, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with technical experts and external partners. Contribute to data governance efforts, deploy new analysis tools using Power BI, and proactively suggest AI integration solutions into core business processes. Support end-user adoption by creating documentation and organizing training sessions. Bridge the gap between business domains including Marketing, Finance, and R&D with internal teams and service providers in an international, multicultural environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, or an Engineering School
- Initial experience in IS project management or business analysis (significant internships or work-study programs are fully accepted)
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, V-Model...)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively and translate needs between diverse business stakeholders and technical teams
- Rigor in tracking deliverables and meeting commitments
- A natural curiosity for data management technologies and artificial intelligence
