Job Summary
Run weekly Core Project Team meetings, update CSC Universe daily with status and blockers, and surface risks immediately before they escalate. Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between R&D, Supply Chain, and Retail while maintaining the stage-gate process for product launches you own. Drive meetings to clear next steps with named owners and dates, write tight Slack updates, and ensure all teams move forward together from ideation to launch. Own 5-6 projects at a time as the cross-functional connective tissue at this PE-backed skin health brand.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, product development manager/lead or comparable cross-functional role
- Skincare, beauty, or personal care background
- Excellent written communication skills
- Full professional fluency in English
- Hands-on experience running projects in Smartsheet, Asana, Notion, Linear, or a comparable PM tool, where you have owned a workspace, configured it, created timelines, and lived in it daily
- Excellent organizational skills
