Job Summary
Coordinate project scopes, plans, and financials from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to frameworks and budgets. Assist senior staff in managing internal resources, tracking progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Contribute to stakeholder meetings by taking minutes, following up on action items, and escalating risks as needed. Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques while managing change control processes. Report issues to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and addressing their concerns. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competence in using computers and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, or similar)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and learn quickly
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a project management role or similar
