Junior Project Manager - Construction Production

Job Summary
The Junior Project Manager - Production will assist with project coordination, developing client relationships, and ensuring project deliverables meet client needs and budgets. This role includes managing project activities through all phases, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, and maintaining essential project documentation. Responsibilities also involve enforcing quality control and safety standards, facilitating effective communication between production and project teams, and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1 to 3 years of construction experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in construction
- Solid understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and industrial buildings
- Strong computer and technology skills including project management software, Microsoft Outlook, smart phones, and other software used in the construction industry
- Ability to decipher various project schedule formats and impacts to mechanical work; working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes of work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience
