Job Summary
Lead and develop New Product Development projects in EMEA, coordinating technical aspects for design and development across Professional Products. Check NPQ/PEAC/CTQs and prepare technical specifications for customer sign-off by collaborating with Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, and Reliability teams. Participate in 2D/3D design reviews, coordinate sample inspection reports for pilot run approval, and manage temporary deviations during mass production. Make technical files available for EMEA and assess engineering deviations as necessary. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, experience in project management, fluency in German and English, and 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education, preferably in mechanical or engineering or a related field
- Ideally experience in project management and product development
- Good understanding of technical processes in Engineering like Product Development, technical documentation
- Ideally experienced in Personal Protective Equipment or Power Tools business
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Extensive experience with MS office application
- Knowledge in CAD system
- Willingness to travel according to business need (20% ca.)
