Junior Project Coordinator

Support Project Representatives and Operations Supervisors in planning, executing, and closing sold projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Coordinate activities between field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while assisting with scheduling, milestone tracking, budgeting, and progress reporting. Consult on upcoming maintenance work to ensure required internal and external resources are available, and manage job openings, purchase orders, shop drawings, and authority documentation. Maintain accurate project records, document control systems, and safety boards while attending client sites to verify work and liaise with stakeholders. Collaborate with external contractors to obtain quotes and schedule repairs, and attend regular service, project, and safety meetings. This role serves the Southwest Ontario Service team, supporting operations in the Greater Hamilton and Waterloo areas with a hybrid schedule.
