Junior Project Buyer

Junior Project Buyer responsible for overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractors for construction/building projects across data centres and other high-growth environments. Key duties include managing material procurement, following strategies to deliver best-value outcomes, sourcing and onboarding suppliers, evaluating performance, and acting as a category specialist across multiple projects. Emphasis on driving cost, quality, and sustainability, building and maintaining supply chains, implementing digital tools to enhance procurement relationships, and supporting carbon reduction initiatives. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and IT skills (especially Microsoft 365 and Excel); prior experience in M&E building services or procurement is desirable; degree accredited by CIPS/RICS/CIOB or equivalent is advantageous.
