Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts development
- At least 2 project development experiences as a Project Manager
- Experience with HMG (Hyundai Motor Group) projects is required
- Basic understanding of automotive development processes such as APQP, PSO, and Gate systems
