Job Summary
Conduct program analysis and operational support for Unmanned Systems research and development, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management. Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by leadership. Prepare and maintain documentation such as status reports, briefing materials, and meeting minutes while supporting the development of Technical Instructions and integrated master schedules. Assist with financial and cost analyses, including budget tracking and labor hour utilization reporting. Participate in planning meetings and technical reviews to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance and at least three years of experience in engineering or science management.
Required Qualifications

- active SECRET clearance
- BA, business, or technical field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Successful background and drug screening check
