Job Summary
Create and implement specialized concepts to advance international facility management. Develop, introduce, and continuously optimize cross-border standards, guidelines, and processes. Provide technical support for planning and executing global FM projects and investment measures. Assist with technical planning for security systems including access control, video technology, and intrusion detection. Coordinate external service providers and lead technical alignment meetings. Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions for international sites. Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Procurement, Health & Safety, and Legal to develop global solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilienmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung (ca. 2–4 Jahre) im Facility Management
- Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Fachkonzepten, Standards, Richtlinien oder Spezifikationen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Fachkonzepten, Standards, Richtlinien oder Spezifikationen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudesicherheit (Zutrittskontrolle, Videoüberwachung, Einbruchmeldeanlagen) sind von Vorteil
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
