Job Summary
Develop content formats for the football community to drive interaction and feature adoption, while analyzing real-time user behavior during matches to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Tech, and UX teams to design and prioritize new features, translating community feedback into concrete product improvements. Independently create videos, images, and text to validate new ideas and measure feature success. Convert insights from user behavior and feedback into actionable development measures to continuously enhance the product experience.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sportmanagement, Medienmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung digitaler Inhalte
- Kenntnis von Tools wie CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva oder vergleichbare Programme
