Junior Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day production operations at the Sharjah factory, supervise production workforce, ensure product quality, safety and adherence to SOPs, QMS, EMS and OHSAS; oversee raw material store, guide and direct workforce, assign tasks, ensure batch cards and management systems alignment, train manpower, coordinate with Production Planner for batch planning and delivery, manage ERP transactions for stock transfer/posting, supervise maintenance technicians and equipment checks, ensure daily plans are followed and stock availability, enforce fire and safety protocols, and drive efficiency while meeting production targets.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
