Junior Product Owner

Junior Product Owner to coordinate and lead product development activities for client projects across fintech, sportstech, and medtech domains. Responsibilities include attending stakeholder meetings with Polish team and client representatives, gathering and translating client requirements into the product roadmap, coordinating tasks across developers, QA, and product designers, and driving value delivery and process improvements. The role emphasizes learning, applying AI-driven solutions where appropriate, turning ideas into simple visuals to support client conversations, and receiving ongoing support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners. Qualifications highlight commercial project-management experience, SDLC understanding, ability to run workshops/meetings with external clients, strong Polish and English communication, and a growth-oriented mindset. Tools used include Slack, GSuite, Jira, FigJam and Coda; a MacBook Pro is provided. The position is full-time, based in Wroclaw, Poland, with flexibility regarding hours while aligning to the Polish time zone.
