Junior Product Manger

Junior Product Manager to support the build, scaling, and optimisation of EMI products by translating product strategy into sprint-level execution. Own defined EMI product areas including accounts, cards, payments, onboarding, limits, pricing and controls; write PRDs and user stories; partner with engineering, compliance, and finance; support UAT, release readiness, and post-launch validation; manage lifecycle across EMI accounts, wallets, card issuance, and payment flows; drive cost reduction, revenue uplift, and risk mitigation while ensuring regulatory and operational constraints. Collaborate with sponsor banks, processors, and third-party vendors; contribute to ownership boundaries and RACI models; emphasis on cost-awareness, monetisation opportunities, and scalable distribution. Stakeholders include engineering, compliance, operations, finance, and commercial teams; experience with APIs and vendor integrations is implied.
