Junior Product Manager

Job Summary
Manage the entire product feature lifecycle from conception through launch, defining KPIs to assess performance and overseeing solution delivery against quality standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with sales, marketing, and support to gather needs and communicate updates. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform AI and Large Language Model roadmap decisions, prioritizing backlog items based on business value. Report directly to the AI Delivery Manager and work with business partners including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or software/AI delivery within an IT or technology environment
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Experience in Agile/Waterfall project management principles
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, and/or coordinating or managing project timelines and deliverables
- Product management experience
- Systems analysis and design skills
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize under pressure, and stay self-motivated against deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, Draw.io, Figma, or FigJam
- Ability to organize complex ideas into structured documents or presentation decks and communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Experience in U/UX is a plus
- Familiarity with LLMs and other areas of AI
