Job Summary
Execute POC operations by managing daily insights, reporting, and escalations while understanding product nuances. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide process execution steps and conduct in-person meetings as required. Identify when escalation is necessary and maintain strong productive relationships across teams. Travel to Malaysia for approximately six months on-site at the bank. Work independently with strong time management, utilizing excellent Excel skills and SAS capabilities under guidance.
Required Qualifications
- quickly learn and understand the product from a business perspective
- be able to understand the details of the product operations
- be a safe pair of hands capable of effectively running the POC, with attention to detail
- be excellent on excel
- be capable of executing simple changes in SAS (with guidance)
- able to manage your time well
- work independently
- provide insight and reporting daily
- conduct in person meetings as required
- identify when escalation is required
- manage and maintain strong productive relationships with all external and internal stakeholders
- travel to Malaysia and spend approximately 6 months on site at the bank
- Degree in information technology, engineering, or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Project management qualification is desirable
- SAS experience is preferable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
