Job Summary
Support the end-to-end development process of seasonal collections by attending fitting and sealing meetings across North Manchester and London offices. Check factory submissions including lab dips, bulk fabric, and prints against critical path timelines, and provide clear, concise feedback on samples, fabrics, and safety standards. Assist with bulk QC checks, create AQL and measurement sheets, and track photo samples and SMS. Build strong internal relationships with Design, Supply Chain, and Sourcing teams while mentoring assistant members of the Product Development team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' Product development experience in a fast-moving brand/retail environment
- Experience of working with Suppliers
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Passion for Streetwear and Lifestyle products
- Collaborative team player, with ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities
- Passionate about Trapstar, fashion, and streetwear culture
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Collaborative team player with a 'can-do' attitude
- Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the business
- Ability to attend Head Office in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester
