Job Summary
Junior Product Developer for Light Woven in H&M Womenswear. Support the development process from idea to final garment, collaborating with a Product Manager, Designers, Planners and other functions to ensure alignment and smooth coordination. Handle samples, product follow-up and preparation for upcoming collections, contributing to developing light woven garments that meet customer expectations and strengthen commercial potential. Requires 2+ years in product development, buying in fashion or retail, relevant education in fashion/product development, strong organizational skills, cross-functional teamwork, and a commercial, growth-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, temporary position based in Stockholm with placement in Stockholm.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product development, buying in fashion or retail
- Relevant education in fashion, buying or product development
- A commercial mindset with a strong drive to contribute to business growth
- Structured and organised multitasking ability
- Collaborative and communicative approach in cross-functional environment
- Curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and develop
