Job Summary
Junior Product Developer at Deloitte Romania to support development and improvement of technical solutions across reporting, automation, data preparation, workflow optimization, and process documentation. Will gain exposure to technologies including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, Salesforce, VBA, Nintex, C#, SQL, and Microsoft Copilot; encouraged to explore multiple tools and project types based on business needs. Responsibilities include assisting in documentation, testing solutions, gathering inputs, contributing to AI agent use cases, dashboard/report development support, data validation and quality, and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders. Opportunity to participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training; role is in an international environment with cross-firm collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory, in computer science, information technology, data, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Early-career experience, internships, university projects, personal projects, or demonstrated interest in technology, automation, data, reporting, or AI-enabled solutions
- Basic understanding of one or more relevant tools or concepts, such as Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, programming fundamentals, data analysis, or workflow automation
- Interest in learning about AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, prompt-based solutions, and how AI can support process automation and delivery efficiency
- Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to explore multiple technology areas rather than focusing on one tool only
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and solve problems with support from senior colleagues
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and structured way
- Sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering accurate, well-documented, and timely work
- Open to working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues across different Deloitte Member Firms
