Job Summary
Junior Producer responsible for end-to-end delivery of a 3-hour, single deliverable project with cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery timeline, coordinating resources, ensuring quality control, aligning with facilitators and internal stakeholders, communicating next steps and responsibilities to the team, and incorporating requested revisions in the final materials. Must be a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with 2–3 years of production experience, fluent in English and French, capable of working in a hybrid model based in Brussels for the short-term project, and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (Google Drive suite, Confluence, Jira). Contract/Freelance engagement with a strict hybrid delivery model in Brussels; remote participation from Japan for 1 virtual delivery is also noted. Strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, formatting, and meeting exact deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects
- Experience in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- Languages: Fluent in English and French
- Detail-oriented, accurate, quality-focused
- Adaptable in a creative environment
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, Jira is a plus
