Job Summary
Create and maintain purchase orders in NetSuite, verifying accuracy of items, pricing, quantities, and budget allocations. Track payment applications, material deliveries, and change orders across active projects while managing vendor master data. Process goods and service receipts against purchase orders, coordinating with site owners, warehouse staff, and budget owners to confirm delivery. Support procurement projects by gathering data, preparing reports, and monitoring progress against deadlines. Act as a point of contact for routine procurement matters, escalating issues outside agreed boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience 0-2 years
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Analytical mindset and goal oriented
- Team player
- Solid Excel skills and general IT/MS Office proficiency
- High proficiency in written and verbal English as well as another EMEA language
- Proactive mindset and willingness to flag issues (missing documentation, process gaps) rather than wait to be asked
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) considered a plus
- Prior exposure to procurement, digital infrastructure, data center, or IT industries is a plus, but not required
