Job Summary

Develop and execute procurement strategies for the PDS Central Procurement Team in India, leading RFPs, performing bid analysis, and managing contract negotiations. Serve as a subject matter expert by gathering and tracking category data to inform targets and improve defined category strategies while ensuring compliance with JLL policies and regulations. Manage supplier relationships, oversee vendor registration processes, and maintain clean sheets on regional dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Jaggaer adoption, implement technology initiatives, and prepare high-quality presentations on procurement goals and status. Liaise with cost management teams for benchmarking and savings reporting while mitigating identified risks across distributed teams.

Required Qualifications

At least three to six years of practice in applying detailed know-how of various procurement facets, principles, and approaches
Knowledge of supplier marketplace
Knowledge of key drivers and levers
Knowledge of supply base and balance of power
Knowledge of spend category
Knowledge of sourcing management
Knowledge of sourcing management & technology
Fluency in both written and oral English
Proficiency in all MS applications
Proficiency in procurement system
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Ability to analyse and work with numbers to derive the best cost model and solution
Ability to identify risks and provide solutions to mitigate
Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, JLL policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
Ability to manage supplier relationship and performance
Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies
