Job Summary
Manage daily procurement activities for direct materials and components, ensuring the right items arrive on time to support production and project execution. Run SAP-based purchasing processes, monitor orders, and resolve discrepancies before they affect delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to maintain reliable supply continuity. Generate competitive offers through structured Requests for Quotation and compare price, quality, and lead time. Maintain accurate SAP data covering prices, lead times, and order status while tracking open orders and critical delivery dates. This role requires at least two years of procurement experience and familiarity with ERP systems. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP software
- Practical experience managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving operational discrepancies
- A structured, dependable approach and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-growing environment
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining purchasing and supplier data
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners
- A hands-on mindset, with the ability to identify issues early, follow them through, and keep others informed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage
