Junior Process Engineer

Junior Process Engineer responsible for developing/modifying manufacturing processes to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborates with design engineers, equipment vendors, program managers, marketing, and quality engineers to support new electromechanical product development, define production equipment specifications, and ensure manufacturability. Includes developing new/updated processes, setting up sample lines, participating in advanced quality planning, evaluating tooling and equipment, and working with suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet cost targets and delivery requirements. Emphasizes process design, interaction with internal/external teams, and driving improvements to reduce cycle time, defects, and manufacturing costs. Requires a university degree and strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
