Junior PM - Mechanical Construction

Junior Project Manager leads field crews on commercial HVAC and kitchen ventilation construction projects in the Greater Philadelphia and Tri-State area. Responsibilities include leading field crews, coordinating with other trades, reviewing drawings, resolving issues before they impact schedule or quality, and taking ownership of smaller projects as capability grows. Strong candidates will have 3+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical construction, sheet metal, or related trades, with active construction-site experience, the ability to read drawings, and effective in-field decision-making and communication with trades. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is required. Role is field-based with base salary $75,000–$95,000, performance-based bonus, company vehicle or vehicle allowance, health insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays and PTO, and exposure to high-level project execution and leadership.
