Junior Planner / Production Coordinator

Job Summary
Review the production schedule and ERP system daily to plan, prepare, and control production schedules that meet delivery deadlines. Monitor shop floor progress, check job packets for accuracy, and coordinate between production, quality, maintenance, and shipping teams to resolve day-to-day issues. Track work-in-process inventory, adjust schedules for material shortages or machine downtime, and prepare capacity reports to identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with procurement on delivery timelines and assist with root-cause analysis for continuous improvement. Participate in daily production meetings and maintain accurate logs for audits. This role supports the Packaging Manufacturing team, requiring a willingness to work on-site at the facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
- ERP system experience
- 3+ years of Excel experience
- VLOOKUP formulas

Desired Qualifications
