Job Summary
Prepare and cook legendary sourdough pizzas to perfection, handling fresh dough, stretching bases, and topping with seasonal ingredients. Maintain high kitchen standards by keeping the workspace clean and organized from prep to service. Work closely with the team to deliver fast, efficient service during busy shifts, bringing energy and a positive attitude to the Franco Manca vibe.
