Job Summary
Conduct professional photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design for international clients, specializing in color correction, clipping paths, body retouching, ghost mannequin, and product/e-commerce retouching. Deliver revisions according to feedback and changes within strict timelines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Utilize proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to manage daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments. Work remotely from Uttara, Dhaka, with a schedule from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. This role supports Retouching Labs in serving global clients through a team focused on high-quality visual delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Good technical skills in photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design
- Good communication skills especially in terms of understanding the requirements to manage international clients
- Flexibility with the timing
- Stay motivated to deliver revisions according to feedback and changes considering the timeline
- Great technical skills in photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design
- Strong understanding of relevant service field(s) and retouching techniques in: Color Correction, Photo Retouching, Clipping path/Image masking, Shadow correction, Body retouching, Ghost mannequin, Professional Fashion Retouching, Professional Product/e-commerce product Retouching, Background enhancement/change, Professional Jewelry retouching, Professional Real estate retouching
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must have the ability to deliver within the timeline
- Must have the ability to quickly deliver revisions according to feedback and changes
- Visual Arts-related degree, Degree in Photography, Design, related field, and/or previous experience in an equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial creative retouching experience and international client project
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in photography and product photography is a plus
- Familiarity with the Mac/Apple ecosystem is a plus
