Job Summary
Junior Personal Lines Customer Service Representative supports a Personal Lines book for an independent agency, handling policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, ID cards, certificates, coverage updates, and claims support. Works with multiple carriers, reviews policies for coverage gaps, assists with account rounding and renewal opportunities, and coordinates with carriers on underwriting and policy activity. Uses AMS360 to maintain client records and policy documentation, and supports remarketing and renewal preparation. Requires 1+ year of Personal Lines servicing experience, active P&C license, carrier experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom. Hybrid schedule available after onboarding; base salary up to 55k with per-policy commissions, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years Personal Lines policy servicing experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Experience with AMS360
- Experience handling Personal Lines policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage changes
- Experience with multiple insurance carriers (Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom
Desired Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 1+ year Personal Lines insurance servicing experience
