Job Summary
Junior Performance Marketing Manager – Amazon (f/m/d) supports performance marketing activities across channels (Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Retail Media), assists in planning, steering, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to meet defined performance goals, and contributes to campaign strategy development and data-driven insights, while actively learning from senior colleagues and expanding knowledge in Amazon advertising and retail media.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience in online or performance marketing (internships and working student positions count)
- Experience with Sponsored Ads / Amazon SEA, programmatic advertising / Amazon DSP, or retail media (e.g. Amazon Advertising, Criteo, OTTO, eBay)
- Good Excel skills; PivotTables are not new to you
- Analytical and possess a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
