Job Summary
Junior EMEA Payroll Specialist in Warsaw (hybrid) responsible for processing payroll for assigned countries in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate payroll in compliance with statutory regulations. Duties include processing employee data changes, finalizing time & attendance data prior to payroll, communicating with HR BP, HR ops, accounting and finance, cooperating with external vendors, managing workload to meet deadlines, assisting with audits, and handling new employee registrations (insurance, new hire reporting to government agencies). Core requirements emphasize Excel and analytical skills, English proficiency (min. B2), proactive, self-disciplined, and good communication. Nice-to-have HR Operations experience (1–2 years) and Kronos/Workday familiarity. Required Qualifications

- Nice to have: Experience in HR Operations (1–2 years in payroll, benefits, taxes, staff cases or similar)
- Experience in Kronos, Workday or any other time and attendance system
