Junior Payroll Analyst (They/She/He)

Job Summary
Payroll Analyst will support the people operations team in monthly payroll procedures across international countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and collaborating with providers to maintain data accuracy. Responsibilities include collecting payroll information from managers, generating and submitting payroll figures, maintaining internal and provider files, conducting payroll checks, assisting employees with tax questions, coordinating between HR, Finance, Legal and the outsourced payroll provider, supporting benefits and policies, answering employee questions, managing day-to-day payroll needs, conducting internal audits for compliance, and implementing changes to salary, benefits, promotions, and bonuses. Strong data management, Excel/database skills, and clear communication in English are essential; experience with Spanish or Italian is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes
- Knowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration
- Excellent data management skills - strong Excel and database management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Spanish and/or Italian are a plus
