Job Summary
Junior Partner role in a Berlin-based management consultancy setting strategic and organizational questions for asset-intensive industries. Responsible for leading a thematic area, expanding advisory offerings, winning new clients and expanding existing C-Level relationships, and steering complex consulting projects from structuring to delivery quality. Direct collaboration with client top management, contributing to Meliorate's strategic direction, and mentoring consultants across career levels. Includes training and knowledge-sharing in asset management, with responsibilities spanning client development, project leadership, and internal capability building. The role emphasizes entrepreneurial approach, ownership of client topics, and travel as needed. Proficiency in German and English for management-level communications expected.
Required Qualifications
