Job Summary
Manage the full life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing, acting as the primary contact between event organizers and internal teams. Coordinate cross-departmental tasks to ensure timely delivery, communicate product and process needs to HQ, and prioritize requirements with the product team. Create exhaustive Q&A documentation for user support and maintain all necessary project documentation. On-site presence may be required during launches or key dates. This role blends project management and operations to deliver results in an ambiguous environment, supporting Fever's mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment for over 300 million users globally.
