Job Summary
Manage the full life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing, acting as the primary contact for all stakeholders including event organizers and internal teams. Own the process by coordinating departmental tasks, communicating product and process needs to HQ, and prioritizing requirements with the product team. Create exhaustive Q&A documentation for user support, ensure all project goals have necessary documentation, and provide on-site presence during launches or key dates. Deliver results in an ambiguous environment while maintaining strict timelines and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- degree qualified
- project management background
- 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background
- Fluent level of English
- German
