Job Summary
Junior Paralegal role supporting arbitrators during Zoom hearings; Performs legal research using electronic research tools and other legal references, drafts legal memoranda, and helps prepare and submit rule filings with correct format and citations. Maintains departmental databases and retrieves SEC documents; responds to inquiries from other departments and the public; assists on special projects including materials for internal/external committees. Creates statistical reports and supports data access/retrieval. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least three years relevant experience; Paralegal Certificate a plus. Must have knowledge of Lexis and Westlaw and Microsoft Access. Normal office conditions with possible overtime.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Access
