Job Summary
Junior Paralegal to support in-house legal team with drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements) and performing legal research, records maintenance, and administrative coordination. Responsibilities include coordinating contract workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals, assisting with due diligence and corporate transactions, supporting regulatory compliance and data privacy initiatives, and contributing to templates, playbooks, and process documentation. Role requires on-site training for 6-8 weeks near Morrisville, NC, with potential transition to a flexible hybrid work arrangement after training. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and/or CRM databases desirable; NC paralegal certification or progress toward it preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or in progress to achieve paralegal certificate
- North Carolina Paralegal Certification or in progress to achieve
- Minimum 1 to 2 years as a legal assistant, paralegal, or other legal-related position
