Junior Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth in Grande Prairie and Northern BC. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities via networking, cold calling, referrals, and customer visits; managing customer accounts; conducting market analysis; closing sales with high customer satisfaction; utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM to track leads and activity; providing technical sales support by understanding product specifications; and traveling within the territory (approximately 25-30%). Qualifications emphasize outside sales experience in a B2B environment, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, proven business development and account management success, analytical/problem-solving abilities, CRM experience, and prior sales experience with large fleets preferred.
