(Junior) Organic Content Producer (m/f/x)

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end production of content, from planning and on-set execution—including camera operation, audio setup, and lighting—to post-production editing. Ensure all assets align with design guidelines and CI while independently creating supplementary visual assets in Figma and animating them in After Effects. Take full responsibility for driving tasks from initial asset delivery to final polish, editing video content including podcasts and social-first formats with an emphasis on visual quality and craft. This 1-year fixed-term contract covers parental leave for a Junior Organic Content Producer at Scalable Capital, a leading digital investment platform serving over one million clients across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- You own the end-to-end production of content, from planning and on-set execution - including camera operation, audio setup, and lighting - to post-production editing, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling
- You ensure all assets align perfectly with our design guidelines and CI, collaborating closely with our Design team to translate brand identity into compelling visuals
- You independently create supplementary visual assets in Figma and bring them to life by animating them in After Effects
- You take full responsibility for your production tasks, driving them from initial asset delivery to final polish
- This position is on a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave
- You have experience in video and content creation, with strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
- You have an eye for design and a strong ability to adhere to and live by our established design guidelines
- You are comfortable editing video content, including podcasts and social-first formats, with an emphasis on visual quality and craft
- You have practical experience with camera operation, audio equipment setup, and professional lighting techniques
- You have a hands-on mentality, are ambitious, and are eager to deliver high-quality work
- You have excellent German skills (native preferred) and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- You are tech-savvy and have an interest in the digital finance industry
- Be productive with the latest hardware and tools
- International relocation support is provided if required
