Job Summary

Junior Order to Cash Analyst needed to ensure timely management of customer setup/amendments, and processing of billing, payment allocations, reconciliations, and audit-trail verification within Oracle systems. Responsibilities include supporting internal and external customers with prompt resolutions, complete setup or amendments of customer details for invoicing, processing billing interfaces and urgent requests, performing balance sheet and supplier account reconciliations, and contributing to continuous improvement through documented procedures. Strong attention to detail, solid communication, problem solving, and collaboration are required. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year in OTC/GL, with hybrid working expectations (two to three days onsite) in Manila.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • Certification of Public Accountancy is preferred, but not required
  • Open for Fresh Graduates or at least one year of experience in accounts receivables, order-to-cash and maintaining general ledger
  • preferably with Oracle System, Adbook and/or Salesforce, Archimedes, CRM background but not required
