Job Summary
Remotely manage the used car delivery network in Germany by fine-tuning the balance between contractual carriers, charter trucks, and the in-house fleet. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external logistics partners to ensure high customer satisfaction with timely and efficient vehicle deliveries. Manage and maintain order data in the in-house developed logistics system while supporting continuous process and tool improvements. Work collaboratively with other internal departments and logistics centers across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires fluent English (C1), with German as a plus, and offers a competitive salary within an international working environment at AUTO1 Group's headquarters in Albania.
Required Qualifications
- Confident handling of Google Sheets or MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- You are a teamplayer and can manage stakeholders from different departments
- Fluent in English C1
- The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake
- The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience in logistics or even truck fleet management is a plus but not a Must
- German would be a plus
